Bumper May Day Fayre on the horizon

With May Day rapidly approaching the Rotary Club of Leighton Linslade have announced that it’s looking like a bumper year with stalls in the High St sold out and a record number of stalls booked in Parsons Close.

This years Rotary May Day Fayre on Monday May 4th has Everyone Active, the operators of the new leisure centre, as its headline sponsor. With all the much loved traditions retained the Rotary Club are delighted to also welcome some interesting new elements like a 97 Key Mortier Dance Organ, the Infinity All Stars Cheerleading School, Little Nippers Dog Racing and the Glee Club Choir.

Rotary spokesperson Richard Johnson OBE said:

We have received a tremendous response from charities and businesses for this years Fayre which is reflected in the numbers and range of stalls that have been reserved and of course we are delighted that Everyone Active have decided to be our headline sponsor as they prepare to open the new leisure centre. Please do come along and support the event, enjoy the wide range of entertainment in both Parsons Close & the High St there is something for everyone and together we can celebrate the arrival of summer.
