Rotary trip to Windsor Races has unexpected result

A visit to Windsor Races was on paper just another summer social event for 14 members of the Leighton Linslade Rotary Club with the added attraction of an ABBA tribute act after the horse racing concluded.

However, a short video clip captured by the Royal Windsor Course staff and published on their Instagram and Facebook has received multiple thousands of views.

Little did the ladies involved realise they would go viral.

Rotary President Henry Garthwaite said:

“We had a fantastic time at the Royal Windsor Races as part of our social program with a number of the members having beginners luck in terms of winnings but the real surprise came when a group of the ladies picked up on the ABBA theme and created a great moment captured and posted by the Racecourse team. Rotary is about fun as well as our many service projects and this was certainly fun and a little bit of fame thrown in.”
