Santas Magical £10,000 thanks to the Leighton Linslade community

Rotary are delighted to announce that as a result of Santas visits throughout December the club is immediately able to distribute £10,000 to local organisations.

The visits of Santa in December 2025 to Leighton Linslade proved a massive success and as a result at its January business meeting Rotary were able, with Santa’s permission, to immediately distribute £10,150 to 27 local organisations.

The groups who have benefited include local youth football clubs, PTAs , Guides, Scouts and organisations like Helping Hands & Totally LB.

The good news doesn’t stop there though as other funds raised through December will be used to support Rotary’s work in and with the community throughout 2026.

Rotary spokesperson Richard Johnson OBE said:

“Rotary are incredibly grateful to the whole Leighton Linslade Community for its generous support in December and throughout the year. It is this support together with Santa’s magic that allows us to support so many local organisations in their vital work.

Rotary & Santa very much enjoyed the 19 evening visits in 2025 and he has already promised to return this year.”
