Leighton Linslade Rotary enjoyed a visit by Geoff from Animal Encounters yesterday. Among the animals Geoff brought in were snakes, rats, rabbits, guinea pigs and a tarantula. These were all safe to handle so as you can see from the video below, they were passed around members.
Leighton Linslade Rotary held its Carols on Christmas Eve event in Leighton Buzzard High Street. As part of this event we organised the Lantern Parade around the town centre. This video shows the parade of over 80 laterns.
Rotary are delighted to announce that as a result of Santas visits throughout December the club is immediately able to distribute £10,000 to local organisations. The visits of Santa in December 2025 to Leighton Linslade proved a massive success and as a result at its January business meeting Rotary were able, with Santa’s permission, to immediately distribute £10,150 to 27 local organisations.
